#280 Resolution Warm Up
If you are serious about your New Years Resolution it so important to warm up to it. You would never consider any kind of hard work or new task unless you practiced it first, so why would this big change be any different. Trying cutting down or seeing how long you can go without a cigarette or drinks or chocolate. Start building your new habits now try to get in a couple workouts or start preparing your workout space so its ready to fo. Doing a resolution warm up will make your change on New Years Day feel more natural and not like such a shock and it will dramatically improve your chances for success. Merry Christmas

In a time when we’ve lost so much and so many things have changed it’s important to reconnect to ourselves and our own traditions as much as we can. It’s important to return home to your faith to reconnect with the Devine as you were taught to do as a child. This will give you a renewed sense of peace. Return to your home the traditions and God you know this season.
